Remembering why I hate the rear window zippers so badly. Putting my windows in for the first time since May or June and THEY SUCK.
Maybe I’ll do without a rear window this winter. That sounds like fun.
Send search parties if I’m still here trying to get this in the morning.
( Update : sorted it finally. Disassembling the top makes it easier.)

So I put a Rampage top on mine 6 years ago. I LOVE THIS THING!!! The zippers do NOT suck, and I can put the rear window, side windows and the door uppers up inside the top in the rear, so I have a Safari Type top...5/7 perfect would recommend...

Curious how JL owners like their new zipperless tops. Will have to check the forums.

BAd news is I just replaced the fabric last year so not going to spend more on that any time soon.
Good news is I think I figured out how to make it a little easier next time.

my friend works for chrysler, he says the new tops are much better designed and do not leak

Well, the doors apparently let a flood of water in when opened after a car wash/rain . Does that count as a leak?

The M37 doesn't have zippers but the windshield track is a bitch. I got some dry lube for sails at west marine and it works pretty good.

I have some sort of jelly from Bestop that’s supposed to help, but since I only use the zippers in back 2 or 4 times a year, I haven’t really had a chance to test it.
